However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to make it right. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and our team will promptly assist you with a replacement.

Review & Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, our team will confirm eligibility and provide an exchange authorization along with next steps. -
Replacement Issued
Upon approval, a replacement item will be processed and shipped to you promptly.
Please note: Items must remain unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
Refund & Replacements
If your item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
In the event that a replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

At The Culture Cosmetics, every order is carefully inspected and packaged with intention to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@theculturecosmetics.com within 3 days of delivery.
