At The Culture Cosmetics, each order is prepared with care and intention to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $60.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. The Culture Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You may use this to monitor the progress of your shipment at any time.

Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the selected shipping carrier. While we will always do our best to assist, The Culture Cosmetics is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier and following their guidelines. Most carriers advise allowing up to 14 days before determining that a package is lost.

Delayed or Stalled Shipments
Domestic Orders
If your tracking appears to have paused, your package remains in transit. Occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions or carrier-related disruptions. Tracking updates will reflect the most current status as it becomes available.

International Orders
If your tracking has not updated, your package may be in customs processing. International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance or external factors. Tracking will update once the package continues in transit.

Marked as Delivered
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. You may also reach out to us at customerservice@theculturecosmetics.com, and we will do our best to assist.

International Shipping
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing. The Culture Cosmetics is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or delays incurred during international transit.
